Preparation:
Each day student’s must come prepared to learn by having completed the assignments that are due that day, but also by bringing the proper supplies with you, such as: paper, pencil, and a book for reading.
Participation:
If a student does not participate, by joining in discussions, sharing their opinions and voicing their ideas, then that student is not truly a part of the class. As such, the student will not be learning as effectively as they can. Each day, all students must participate.
Presentation:
The world judges by what they see with their eyes and hear with their ears. When a student comes to class, they must present themselves in a way that shows respect for themselves, their family, and their school. This is done by dressing, acting, and speaking appropriately. Cursing or crude talk will not be tolerated in this class. As well, improper wearing of the school’s uniform will result in immediate correction and further discipline.
Progression:
Knowledge builds upon itself. Therefore, if a student is struggling with a certain area please come and speak with Mr. Brammer. His desire is for every student to succeed and he will do everything possible to help students to do so. However, first students must help themselves by giving their best each day.
Professionalism:
Getting up and speaking in front of people is reportedly the number one fear that people have. To help combat that, students will be practicing this skill; constantly. This will allow everyone to learn from one another. If a student learns to effectively speak before others, they will not have much problem securing the job they later desire.
