Missionary Profile: Their Contribution to the World

Assignment:

With the missionary and the basic information sheet that you were given:

• Do further research regarding your missionary’s contribution to the world (Christianity specific – at least), as well as the basic facts surrounding their life and work (where were they from, when, where did they go, what people group did they work with?)
• Write and prepare a two minute skit (short play) that would educate your classmates about your missionary and their life. Make sure to create and use appropriate props and clothing.  It doesn’t have to be too fancy, paper is fine.
• Create a simple half-page (typed) handout to be given to each student.  Make sure to make enough copies for each person in the class.

The skits/presentatoins will happen on Thursday, February 11, 2010.  You will be given Wednesday for preparation as well, but most of the research should be done at home as homework.
